The work around if you want to create a new household with more than one sim is to create the new household of one sim from live mode and then go to manage worlds to add the other sim (s) to the new household*. *Here is a step by step guide on how to do that if needed. Even Super sim / simulating the week doesn't provide enough injuries. I see maybe 1 player injured every (4-5 weeks ). I tried Online Dynasty / Offline dynasty with no change.
