One will actually "sleep" (full autonomy or disabled) sleep timer showing and the other will appear to be sleeping as the zzzz's do animate, but the sleep timer is not active nor is that sim's energy increasing, (full autonomy or disabled). None of the "in game settings" correct the issue.
