Until a few weeks ago I had no problem popping in mail from another outlook 365 account into my Outlook 2013, and suddenly with no changes it stopped working. Outgoing (smtp) still works, not pop.

I have Office for Mac Home and Student installed on my macbook and until recently it has stopped working and acts like I need to purchase it again. I already used up the free trial it offered so I could get a paper done, but that has now expired.
However, today the app has stopped to work -- I cannot open the app. If I try it, there is a pop-up window with quote "Teams App has stopped working". I tried to uninstall it and install the new one -- but it is still the same problem. Could you please help what to do? Since today morning the application worked perfectly and it stopped today.
