How to turn on Smart App Control in current OS without clean install: In Regedit > Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\CI\Policy Rt Clk the pointed item, hit Modify and change the Value from 0 to 1. Go back to Smart App Control Settings and it will be ON 😊 Put it (back) to 0 to put Smart App Control (back) to Off.
