Solidcore has made my entire body much stronger--I feel it most in my core and obliques, but my hips and upper body, too. I have more definition in my arms and core, as well. I really like solidcore but couldn't justify the expense. Very expensive compared to gym memberships and running outdoors
It's not like solidcore, but looks like fun, at least. I can't fathom moving to barre or pilates, but then I love the intensity of the solidcore environment. Part of what we pay for is the coaching, and that's also not something that's easy to recreate. Off to write a strongly-worded letter and figure out how best to make my voice heard!
