Services will be held at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville, officiated by her dear friend Reverend Bobby Williams, on , with visitation from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, service at 1:00 PM, followed by burial at the Veterans Cemetery at 2 p.m. Born to Mary and Bill Banks, Jenny grew up rooted in family and faith.
In 1994, responding again to the needs of the community, Jones Funeral Home installed a crematory. This was the first and remains the only crematory in Onslow County. In 1998, after much growth and exhausting every renovation possibility to the existing building, an entirely new, larger funeral home was completed in Jacksonville.
A funeral service to celebrate Eleanor’s life will be held on Wednesday June 11th at Jones Funeral Home with Pastor Drew Parker officiating. The family will receive visitors at 10:00 followed by the service at 11:00. Burial service will follow at the Coastal Carolina Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville at 12:00.
