The SSR has had a bit part in a few movies, but I can't remember it having a starring role in any. I remember a photo of Arnold Schwarzenegger taking his daughter to school in a top down SSR, That made the round of the star mgazines.

Just saw a matte black SSR driven by Steve Buscemi in the movie "The Island" starting Ewan Macgregor and Scarlet Johansson. Anyone seen any others on the big screen?
I remember in the movie, one of those screen shots front through windshield, scenery moviing in the background (1950's Hitchcock stuff) MacGregor, Buscemi with Scarlett Johansen in the middle - Hmmm! Bench seat? Michael Bay doing magic movie trickery? Sailing link is correct - I think SSR movie/tele exposure has been documented, but I am a bit surprised, given the SSR had such celebrity interest.
