If you do some homework you'll probably find out that Thrasher blanks when comparing power, weight and diameter are a very hard to beat, pound for pound value for an American rolled blank. Thrasher TRMF76H with alps guides and reel seat, heat shrink over Eva grips and a simple red and black fade that I built to fish 40 on. I used it as a diver rod for a family salmon trip last weekend just to get some blood on it.
