The webhooks won’t sync what you’ve already watched but you can use something like GitHub - Taxel/PlexTraktSync: A python script that syncs the movies, shows and ratings between trakt and Plex (without needing a PlexPass or Trakt VIP subscription) to sync your watched history to Trakt.
In light of Trakt doubling its subscription - this is just what I need! Having been a VIP member of Trakt for 13 years, I want to get my watched status out and into Plex/Tautulli so I can dump Trakt ($60 a year to keep my watched status - no thanks!

I use the plugin method but you need a recent fork of it such as GitHub - rg9400/Plex-Trakt-Scrobbler: Add what you are watching on Plex to trakt.tv which fixes some authentication issues.
Can I sync watched status from Plex downloads to Trakt.tv? I see scrobble works when streaming but not with downloads. it works with Infuse streaming or downloaded to my devices. the lack of ability to scribble downloads on Plex is the reason it’s not my primary app.
