Check Startup Apps: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. Go to the Startup tab. Disable any app (like Microsoft Edge or other browsers) that you don’t want to open automatically. Chrome is automatically opening a website on startup. I have looked through the settings and I have made sure that it only opens the 'New Tab' tab on startup, yet it opens a second website. Looking through the settings again reveals no mention of this website opening on startup, and I do not have the home button enabled.
