Deleted app. Went to Play Store to re-install and the DJI fly app is no longer there?? !!! Luckily the IPAD DJI Fly App still works, so I can at least fly with the IPAD. I have Android 12 running on a Samsung Galaxy S20 Note, and it worked just fine a couple of days ago. The weather here has taken a turn for the worse, so I can't go check it today.
I hope you don't mind a link to additional info on installing the Google Play store on the Smart Controller. I used the method outlined and have had no problem. Again, not all Google app store apps will work but others do including Google Maps, Google earth and other mapping software and things that rely on location data.
While the Android OS is open source and free to anyone to build a hardware device around, Google has strict requirements about what must be present on the device in order to ship with the Google Play Store and other Google services.
