HINDS CO., Miss. (WLBT) - The two teenagers found dead by sanitation workers on Monday were both Jackson Public School students, authorities say. The bodies were discovered on the side of the road by garbage truck crews on S. Springdale Road, a rural part of Hinds County. The two have been identified as Terry Burrell, Jr., 16, and Khloe Hudson, 16.
