Yeah, playing the original Yakuza 2 after 3 and 4 was an interesting experience with the fixed camera angles. It was cool to see Kamurocho under that style, at least. Not sure it's really "worth" it unless you have a PS2 up and ready to go, the convenience of Kiwami 2 being on modern platforms is nice.

The visuals feel surprisingly rough overall. The lighting in particular is genuinely unattractive, and the water looks especially bad, with no real reflections at all, just a flat blue texture. What makes this even stranger is that Yakuza Kiwami 2 and Yakuza 6 look noticeably better, even today...
